Baba Vanga, a Bulgarian mystic and ‘healer’, made a vast amount of predictions in her life, many of which have come true.
Whether it be the death of Princess Diana, 9/11, or even the exact date of her own death, her predictions over the years have been eerily accurate.
She became famous in the mid-1900s for her ability of precognition before dying in 1996.
If you thought that was the end to her predictions, however, you’d be sorely mistaken.
Baba Vanga was a Bulgarian mystic and ‘healer’ (NDTV)
Vanga, whose full name was Vangeliya Pandeva Gushterova, made predictions all the way to the world’s supposed demise in 5079.
These range from immortality becoming ‘the norm’ in the year 4599 to a new race of humans in the year 2378, we will be hearing about Vanga’s bizarre predictions for many, many years to come.
For the year 2024, however, she did actually make some predictions that came true.
The world in crisis
Listen, I’m not saying I’m putting Vanga on fraud watch just yet, but her prediction of ‘economic crisis’ is a tad vague, but absolutely on the money.
The world finds itself in a serious economic crisis, particularly in the UK where inflation and unemployment have continued to be huge issues.
Of all Vanga went through, who thought that being plagued by visions of Liz Truss and a lettuce would be on the list?
In addition to this, she reportedly warned of a growing climate crisis. This is another one that, while a tad vague, is undeniable.
2024 is on course to be the warmest year on record, and climate activists worldwide have been calling out for widespread change, lest the world make irrevocable changes to the climate.
Medical advancements
Pull Vanga off fraud watch, because this one is chilling.
The Bulgarian mystic reportedly predicted that this would be the year that advancements would be made in the treatment of Alzheimer’s and cancer.
A more positive prediction from Baba Vanga (HTB)
This past year, advancements were made in the treatment and identification of cancer, with new tests being found for those under the age of 18, and new treatment for cervical cancer.
Meanwhile, the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency approved the first-ever disease-modifying treatments for Alzheimer’s.
The drug called HMTM is ‘aimed at treating mild cognitive impairment or mild to moderate dementia caused by Alzheimer’s disease’.
2025 predictions
Wondering what Baba Vanga predicted for 2025?
If the Bulgarian mystic keeps her streak up, look forward to an as-of-yet-undetermined conflict in Europe that will cause a decimation of the population of the continent.
It’s said Vanga also believed we will send astronauts to Venus to find new energy next year. She also claimed that there will be first contact with aliens (made during a sporting event), and human telepathy will become real.
If so, prepare for 2025 to be the wildest year yet.
